Ranjit Chaliha is a qualified Mechanical Engineer from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. After a short stint with the Assam State Electricity Board, he joined the family tea business in 1961. Since then he has helped shape the tea estate to be one of the top tea estates in Assam.
